  Employees don’t need to carry any baggage at the workplace neither is it compulsory to stay at the same place where you work. With the inclusion of mobiles at the workplace employees can keep in touch with their family members sitting miles away and they can also avail the facility of working from home. Smartphone’s allow them to access emails, connect with their co-workers using video conferences, and access their data from anywhere. So it can be said that, they can now carry their entire office infrastructure in their palm with the help of mobile technology.
